     Item I give and Bequeath unto my Daughter Mary Massy her
     Heirs and Assigns forever the fourth Part of Three fourths of the afs.d lands
   and after the Death or Marriage of said Wife. and after the death of the s.d
   Keziah then a third Part of land as afs.d also the fourth part of three Fourths
   of my Personal Estate as afs.d   Item I give and Bequeath unto —
    Joseph Wilkinson my Negro woman Jude and her Child Nance —
    Item I make Constitute and Ordain my Beloved wife Hannah Massy ~
   my Executrix of this my last,   And Testament allowing and Confirming
   this and no other to be my Last Will and Testament, In Witness whereof I
   set my hand and Seal this 29.th day of January in the year of our Lord 1789 —
    Published and Pronounced \       Abednego   Massy {Seal}
   and Declared to be the last   \
    Will and Testament of the said   Abednego Massy in Presence of us
    John Haley, John Ward Penington Mary Huston —
     March 9.th1789 Then Came Hannah Massy and made Oath that the
  within Instrument of writing is the true and whole Will and Testament of
     Abednego Massy late of Kent County deced, that hath come to her Hands
   or Possession and that she doth not know of any other — Before
                               Jn.o Nicholson Reg.r Wills for K.t County —
     March 9.th 1789. Then Came John Haley and John Ward Penington two
 of the Subscribing Witnesses to the within last Will and Testament of Abednego —
    Massy late of Kent County deced and Severally made Oath on the Holy Evangels of
     Almighty God, that they did see the Testator herein named Sign and Seal this
   Will, and that they heard him Publish Pronounce and Declare the same to
   be his last Will and Testament, that at the Time of his so doing he was to
   the best of their Apprehensions of Sound and Disposing mind Memory
   and Understanding, and that Mary Huston the other Subscribing
