   Respectively subscribed their Names as Witnesses to this Will in the Presence
   and at the Request of the Testator and in the Presence of each other —
                     Before Jn.o Nicholson Reg.r Wills for K.t County

   In the Name of God Amen I Abednego Massy of Kent ~
   County in the State of Maryland being sick and weak of Body but of Sound
   mind Memory and Understanding, thanks be to Almighty God for the same,
   do make Publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form follow=
 =in to Wit—  Imprimis I give and bequeath unto my beloved Wife—
   Hannah Massy the fourth Part of all the Lands I now Possess, suppos=
 =ing them to be about One hundred Thirty five and one Quarter Acres of land ~
   or thereabout while she Continues or Remains a Widow, allso the fourth Part of my
   Personal Estate after my Just debts and funeral Charges are paid, but if my
   said Wife should happen to Marry then the above said Land to be Distributed
   amongst my Children in manner following— —  Item I give and Bequeath
   unto my Daughter Keziah Hurlick the fourth Part of Three fourths of the aforesaid
   lands during her life, Also the fourth Part of Three fourths of my Personal Estate
   as aforesaid — — Item I give and Bequeath unto my Daughter Sarah
   Massy her heirs and Assigns forever the fourth Part of three fourths of the aforesaid
   Lands, and after the Death or Marriage of said wife, and after the Death of s.d
   Keziah then a third part of all my Lands I now Possess also the fourth Part
   of Three fourths of my Personal Estate as aforesaid —  —  ——
   Item I give and Bequeath unto my Son Samuel Massy his Heirs and assigns
   forever the fourth Part of thereefourths of the afs.d Lands and after the Death or
   Marriage of said Wife and after the death of the afs.d Kezeah then a
   third part of land as af.d, also the fourth part of three fourths of my Personal Estate as afs.d
