    Lastly I nominate and Appoint my Loveing wife Ann and my Son ~
    James Bradsha Executrix and Executor of this my last Will and Testament, hereby
   makeing Null and Void all other Will or Wills heretofore by me made Ratifying —
   and Confirming this to be my only and last Will and Testament, In Witness whereof
   I have hereunto sett my hand and Seal this thirteenth day of October Seventeen——
   Hundred and Eighty Eight — —   — ~            J his

    and Declared by the above Names     |           Mark
   John Bradsha to be his last Will and Testament and at the time of his so doing he —
   appeared to us to be of Sound disposing mind and Memory who have Subscribed —
   our Names as Witnesses thereto in his Presence and at his request — —  ——
   John Page, Samuel Miller, Stephen Blakeston —    ——
    Sir/   February 6.th 1789~ I do hereby Renounce the Appointment of Executrix
   in the last Will and Testament of my late deced Husband  John Bradsha, therefore
   you’ll Grant Letters Testamentary unto his son James Bradsha who is also left and —

    Appointed Executor in the said Will — I am Sir yr Hble Sert Ann  h  Bradsha
                                                                                                      Mark
   February 11.th 1789 Then came James Bradsha one of the Executors within Named
  and made Oath on the Holy Evangels of Almighty God that the within Instrument of
   Writing is the true and Whole will and Testament of John Bradsha late of Kent County
   deced, that hath come to his Hands or Possession, and that he doth not know of any other
             Before Jn.o Nicholson Reg.r Wills for K:t County
   February 11.th 1789 Then came John Page, Samuel Miller and Stephen Blackeston
   the three Subscribing Witnesses to the within last Will and Testament of John Bradsha
   late of Kent County deced, and made Oath on the Holy Evangels of Almighty God
   that they did see the Testator herein Named sign and Seal this Will, and that they
   heard him Publish Pronounce and Declare the same to be his last Will and
   Testament that at the time of his so doing he was to the best of their apprehensions
   of Sound and Disposing mind memory and Understanding and that they
