   Decem.r 11.th 1788 Then Came James Speer, Nath.l Glenn and Bartley —
   Palmer the Three subscribing Witnesses to the within last Will and Testament
   of Thomas Cooper late of K.t County deced, and made Oath on the Holy Evangels
   of Almighty God, that they did see the Testator herein named sign and Seal
   this Will, and that they heard him Publish Pronounce and Declare the Same
   to be his last Will and Testament, that at the time of his so doing he was to the
   best of their Apprehensions of sound and disposing mind Memory and
   understanding, and that they Respectively subscribed their Names as Witnesses
   to this Will in the Presence and at the Request of the Testator and in the Presence
   of each other — Before. Jn.o Nicholson Regr Wills for K.t County

    In the Name of God Amen I John Bradsha of Kent County in the
   State of Maryland being of Sound disposing mind and Memory do make this my —
   last Will and Testament in manner and form following to Wit —   —
   First I give Bequeath and devise unto my son John Bradsha two Tracts or Parcels of
   of Land whereon he now Dowells one called and Known by the name of Hexes —
   Hazard and the other by the Name of New Town Resurvey’d to him and his —
   heirs forever, — — Secondly I give Bequeath and devise unto my Son James ~
   Bradsha all my Land and Plantation whereon I now live with every Appurte=
 =nances thereunto Belonging and to him and his heirs forever — — — —
   Thirdly I give and Bequeath unto my Son William Bradsha the Sum of Five —
   Shillings and no more of my Estate Real and Personal to him and his heirs forever ~
   Fourthly my Will is that after my Just debts and Wifes thirds are Paid that all the —
   Remainind Part of my Personal Estate be Equally divided between my three
   Children John and James Bradsha and Precella Blackston and my Grand
   Daughter Precilla Miller to them and their Heirs forever —  ——
