{259} years and to my two youngest Daughters untill my Son shall attain his age of Twenty one years if he shall live so long and if not then untill my said two youngest Daughters shall severally attain their age of Sixteen years, and it it is my will and desire that the said Oliver Smith shall have the Estates of my said Children in his hands and Possession and employ them in the best manner for their future Interest advantage and if the annual Profits of their Estates and also of my Lands should exced the reasonable expence of their Maintenance and Education the overplus with the Interest thereon be accounted for by the said Oliver Smith and Paid to my said Children respectively in Equal Proportions as they severally arrive at their ages aforesaid when his Guardianship of them is to cease and Determine I do Constitute and appoint my good Friend Oliver Smith and my son William Executors of this my last Will Will and none other as and for my last Will and Testament - In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my Seal this 8.th day of November 1788 ~ Thomas Cooper {Seal} Signed Sealed Published Pronounced and declared by the Testator as and for his last will and Testament in the Presence of us who have Subscribed our ~ Names as witnesses hereto in the Presence of the Testator, and of each other and at his Request the day and year afd James Speer Nath.l Glenn, Bartley Palmer December 11.th 1788 Then Came Oliver Smith and W.m S.
