   notwithstanding and my Will is that after the Payment of my Funeral Charges Just ~
   debts and the Legacies af.d that then the rest and Residue of my Personal Estate shall ~
   be Equally divided amongst my six Children aforesaid . the legacy of Fifty Pounds
   as aforesaid as upon the Terms and Contingency above Mentioned to be a lien ~
   upon and bind my Lands above named in the hands of my said Son or any other
   Person Claiming under him — My Will and desire is that the Administration of
   my Estate be completed and closed by my Executors as soon as may be and that they may
   employ and dispose of my Childrens Portions in the Best manner they can for the —
   Interest and Advantage of my said Children and that the Clear Profits arising there=
 =from be applied to their Maintenance and Education in the most advantageous
   Manner their Fortunes will admit of untill my Son shall arrive at the age of Twenty
   one years and my daughters Respectively at the age age of Sixteen years, at which ages —
   Respectively I do order and direct that their Several Portions shall be Paid to them —
   and I do further order and Direct that the Clear Profits of my Lands aforesaid shall
   also be applied in the same manner to the Maintenance and Education of my Children
   untill my Daughters | Except Mary and Rachel | severally arrive at the age of Sixteen
   years and my son at the age of Twenty one, But as my Daughters Mary and Rachel
   are now young and will not be Sixteen years old when my Son Attains his age of
   Twenty one years and as upon his attaining that age all aid and Support from the —
   Profits of my land will cease as to my two youngest Daughters I do request and desire —
   my said Son upon his attaining the said age and afterwards untill, my said two —
   youngest Daughters shall respectively attain their age of Sixteen to be very careful of
   his two Sisters and pay Perticular attention to their Interests of every kind but more ~
   especially their Maintenance Education and Moral Conduct — I do hereby
   Constitute and appoint my good Friends M.r Oliver Smith Guardian to all my
   Children to wit, to my Son William untill he attains the age of Twenty on years to my
    three eldest Daughters untill they shall respectively attain the age of Sixteen
