                     Kent County State of Maryland —
    In the Name of God  Amen I. James Brown Dunn of Kent County
   and State of Maryland Farmer and Planter being Sick and weak in Body
   but in sound and Perfect mind and Ordain this
   my last Will and Testament in the manner and form Following to Wit —
   First my Will and desire is that all my Just debts be paid and satisfied —
   Secondly I Give and bequeath unto my son James Lowin Dunn and the Heirs
   of his Body lawfully begotten forever after the decease or Marriage of his Mother all
   that Part of my dwelling Plantation to the Southward of a line running in a
   Strait Course from a Cedar Post fixed on a Point commonly called high
   Point to another cedar Post by me fixed on the Edge of the main Road —
   for a Division boundary, in the Presence of the Witnesses to this my last ~
   Will and Testament, likewise one half my Timber land lying down the Neck ~
   called Scotts Lott resurveyed but if my said Son James should die without Heirs of
   his Body Lawfully begotten then and in such case my Will and desire is that that
   Part of my Lands herein devised to him shall go to my son Thomas Dunn and
   the heirs of his Body lawfully begotten forever— Thirdly I give and Bequeath
   unto my Son Thomas Dunn and the Heirs of his Body lawfully begotten forever
   the other Part of my dwelling Plantation lying to the Northward of the afore=
 =mentioned Cedar Posts likewise one half that is the other half of the aforemention’d
   timber Land lying down the Neck call Scotts Lott resurveyed for him to Possess
   the said Lands at the death or Marriage of his Mother but if my said Son
   Thomas should die without Heirs or his Body lawfully begotten then and in
   such case my Will and desire is that that Part of my lands herein devised
   to him shou’d go to my son James and the Heirs of his Body lawfully
