   Fourthly But if both my above mentioned sons James and Thomas shoud die with=
 =out Heirs of their Body lawfully begotten then and in such Case my Will and desire is
   that the whole of the lands^hereinbequeathed to them shou’d be sold and the Money ~
   arising from said Sale be equally divided among my other Children or the Heirs of
   their Body lawfully begotten so that the said Heirs of my deceased Children shall have
   divided among them only that Proportion which woud have been coming to their
   Parent if living — Fifthly I give and bequeath unto my daughter Martha
    Ann Brown Dunn as a legacy the sum of three Pounds — — —
   Sixthly I give and bequeath unto my daughter Mary Ann Dunn as a legacy
   three Pounds — ~ Seventhly I give and bequeath unto my daughter Anne
   Elizabeth Dunn as a legacy to be paid at the day of Marriage or at the death or
    Marriage of her Mother, Negroe Teney and negro Catharine and also the sum of
   Thirty seven Pounds ten shillings to be paid unto her within twelve months from the
   day of her Marriage or at the death or Marriage of her Mother — —  —
   Eighthly I give and bequeath to my daughter Anne Dunn a Slave called Clary
  two Cows not to exceed five nor under three years old Six head of young Sheep to
   be paid her at the day of her Marriage or the death or Marriage of her Mother
   and also the Sum of Thirty Seven Pounds ten shillings to be paid unto her within ~
   twelve Months from her marriage or at the death or Marriage of her Mother —
    Ninethly I give and bequeath unto my daughter Rebecca Dunn a Slave call’d ~
   Dinah, Two cows not to exceed five nor under three years old to be paid her at her
   Marriage or at the death or Marriage of her mother, also the Sum of Thirty seven pounds
   ten shillings to be paid unto her within twelve months from my said Daughters
   Marriage or at the death or Marriage of her Mother —
