{250} I Give and Devise the houses and half lott where I now dwell and which I bought of Reubin Harding unto my dear Wife Margrett during her natural Life in full of her dower or third Part of my real Estate, remainder, after the end And determanation of her Estate therein to my Son William, and to my Daughters Sarah and Catharine, and to the heirs of their Bodies lawfully begotten, to be equally divided between them as Tenants in Common, and not as Jointenants, And if either of my said Children should die without such Issue then to the Survivor or Survivors of them, and if they should al die without such Issue, then to my Daughters Elizabeth and Harriett and their heirs forever Item I Give and bequeath all my House hold furniture to my dear Wife, for ever, except one looking Glass, one Square Walnut dining table, one bed and Bedding and the Plate marked with the Letters E. C. ~ Item I give and beq= to be to her immediately after my death = ueath unto my Dear Wife two hundred Pounds specie,^in full of her dower of Per= = of his Body lawfully begotten, the upper Part of the lott, with the Buildings and improvements thereon, it being the residue of the lott whereon I now dwell, remainder to my Daughters Elizabeth and Harriett, and the heirs of their Bodies lawfully begotten, Remainder to my son William and my daughters Sarah and Catharine, and their heirs for ever~ as tenants in Common, Item I give and Devise to my daughter Elizabeth a Negro Girl called Mary, and also, the looking Glass square dining Table, bed and bed and Bedding and the Plate marked with the letters E.C. but if my said daughter should die before she comes to Twenty one years of age, and before Marriage then my Will is that the said negro furniture and Plate, should be equally divided between my Son John, and my Daughter Harriett, or the survivor of them the other leaving no Issue Item I give and devise to my daughter Harriett a Negro Woman called Nell, and her child^calledJacob, but if my said daughter should die |
