   my loving Wife Allethea the Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament
   and I do hereby utterly disallow revoke and Disannul all and every other —
   former Testaments Wills legacies Bequests and Executors by me in any ways
   before named Willed and bequeathed Ratifying and Confirming this and no
   other to be my last Will and Testament, in Witness whereof I have hereunto set my
   hand and Seal this Twentieth day of May in the year of our Lord one Thousand
   Seven hundred and Eighty Eight   1788 —
   Signed Sealed Published Pronounced \   Jonathan Worth      {Seal}
    and Declared by the said Jonath.n       \
   Worth as his last Will and Testament in the Presence of us who in his Presence
   and in the Presence of each other have hereunto Subscribed our Names ~
    James Welch, Joseph Ireland, Ebenr Reyner   —
     August 11.th 1788 then Came Allethea Worth and made Oath on the Holy
   Evangels of Almighty God that the within Instrument of writing is the true
   and whole Will and Testament of Jonathan Worth late of Kent County deced, that
   hath come to her Hands or Possession, and that she doth not know of any other
                                  Before Jn.o Nicholson Regr Wills for K.t County
     State of Maryland  \      August 11.th 1788 then Came James Welch, Joseph
   Kent County to Wit . \   Ireland and Eben.r Reyner the Three Subscribing
                                    Witnesses to the within last Will and Testament of
   Jonathan Worth late of Kent County Deced, and severally made Oath on the Holy
   Evangels of Almighty God, that they did see the Testator therein Named Sign and
   Seal this Will, and that they heard him Publish Pronounce and Declare the same
   to be his last Will and Testament, that at the time of his so doing he was to the
    best of their Apprehensions of sound and Disposing mind Memory and
   understanding, and that they Respectively subscribed their Names as Witnesses
   to this Will, in the Presence and at the Request of the Testator, and in
   Presence of each other ~    Before —
