   In the Name of God Amen I, Janthan Worth of Kent County in the State of
    Maryland Merchant being Sick and weak but of Perfect mind and Memory
   Thanks be given unto God Calling unto mind the Mortality of my body and knowing
   that it is Appointed for all Men once to die Do make and Ordain this my last Will
   and Testament that is to say Principally and first of all I Give and Recommend my
   Soul into the Hand of Almighty God that gave it, and my Body I Recommed to the
   Earth to be buried indecent, Christian Burial at the Discretion of my Executrix
   nothing doubting but at the general Resurrection I shall Receive the same again
   by the Mighty Power of God, and as Touching Such worldly Estate wherewith it
   has Pleased God to bless me in this life, I give devise and Dispose of the Same
   in the following manner and form — First I Give to my loving Wife Allethea
   all my lands Tenements Herediterments Improvements and Appurtenances —
   thereunto belonging togeather with all my Estate both Real and Personal for and
   During her Natural life, After her Death: I give to my Son James Wroth the
   Plantation whereon I now live with all Improvements and Appurtenances
   thereunto Belonging to him his heirs and Assigns forever all the RemainderI then Give toand
   my Son Jonathan Worth my Plantation in the Deliware State with all the Improve==
 =ments and Appurtenances thereunto belonging to him his heirs and Assigns —
   forever all the Remainder and Residue of my Estate after my Debts is paid I leave
   to be Equally divided between my Son Samuel Stockdon Worth and my Daughter
   Ann Elizabeth Worth, that is Provided the s.d Remainder of my Estate does not
   Exceed Twelve hundred Pounds In that Case, I leave to my s.d two youngest —
   Children Six hundred Pounds a Peace or to each of them, all the Remainder
   and Residue of my Estate I then leave to be Equally Divided between all my
   Children that is to say James Wroth, Jonathan Wroth, Samuel Stockdon Wroth
   and Ann Elizabeth Wroth, I likewise Constitute make and Ordain my
                                                                  Turn Over
