{245} 7.thly I Give and bequeath unto my Cousin Fredrick Hanson James Fifteen Pounds Current money to be paid to him by my Cousin James James and to be kept at Interest for him till he shall be Twenty one years old ~ 8.thly The Residue of my Estate I give and bequeath unto my Sister Closia Sudler and Cousin Isabella Hynson Francis Hynson and Rebecca Hynson to be equally divided between them In Testimony that y.e above is my last Will and Testament I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my Seal this Sixth day of February Anno Dom. 1788 ~ Signed, Sealed, Published, and \ Dorcas Moore {Seal} declared by y.e Testatrix in the Presence of us the Subscribers to be her last Will and Testament who signed it at her Request and in y.e Presence of each other Mav.e Tilden, John Swift ~ May 29.th 1788, Then Came Mav.e Tilden and Jn.o Swift the Subscribing Witnesses to the within last Will and Testament of Dor.s Moore late of Kent County deced, and made Oath on the Holy Evangels of Almighty God that they did see the Testatrix therein named Sign and Seal this Will and that they heard her Publish Pronounce and declare the same to be her last Will and Testament, that at the time of her so doing she was to the best of their Apprehensions of sound and disposing Mind memory and understanding and that they Respectively subscribed their Names as Witnesses to this Will in the Presence and at the Request of the Testat Before Jn.o Nicholson Regr Wills for Kent County |
