   been pleased God to bless me with I give & bequeath as follows Viz —
   First I give and bequeath the plantation I now live on called Partner^ship
   Containing by Estimation four Hundred Acres to be equally divided
   between my three Sons, John. Henry, and William Clark, to them
   their Heirs or Assigns forever, but in case either of them should —
   die without Lawfull Issue or Assignment, then my Will is that
   the deceased part be equally divided between the Survivers, But
   in case two of them should die without lawfull Issue or Assignment,
   then my Will is that both their parts goe to the Surviver and his —
   Heirs or Assigns forever, I give and bequeath unto my son William
   Clark the Houses and Lotts that he now lives in Laying in George Town
   to him his Heirs or Assigns forever, I give and bequeath unto my ~
   son Gideon Clark his heirs and Assigns forever Twenty acres of Land
   Adjoining to the plantation I now live on, which said Twenty acres of
   Land is called & known by the name of Angles Lott or Angles Rest, but In
   case my son Gideon should die before he comes to the age of Twenty one
   years old or without lawfull Issue or Assignment, then my will is ~
   that the afd Twenty acres of Land will’d to him go to my son Nathaniel
   Clark his Heirs or Assigns forever, I give and bequeath unto my
   son Lambert Clark Fifty pounds Common money to be paid him by
   my Executor out of my personal Estate . . . I give & bequeath unto
   my Daughter Araminta Clark a negrow Boy called George ~ I give and —
   bequeath unto my Daughter Milcah Clark my riding mare, and a Negro
   Girl calld Tann; and it is my will and desire that all the remainder
   of my personal Estate that is not already bequeathed be Equally divided
   between my Eight children following Viz, Gideon, and Nathaniel —
   Clark, Mary Spearman wife of William Spearman, Milecent, Margaret,—
   Sarah, Araminta, and Milcah Clark, and I do hereby Constitute and
   appoint my son William Clark my whole and Sole Executor of this
   my last Will and Testament, and I do hereby Revoke and make void
   all former Will or Wills heretofore by me made, and I do Constitute
   this as my Last Will and Testament as Witness my Hand
