   March 2d. 1782 Then came Alexander Gleen one of the Subscribing
   Witnesses to the within last Will and Testament of Richard Hosier
   late of Kent County deceased, and made Oath on the Holy Evangels
   of Almighty God, that he did see the Testator therein named Sign
   and Seal this Will, and that he heard him publish, pronounce +
   declare the same to be his last Will and Testament; that at the
   of his so doing he was to the best of his apprehensions, of sound and —
   disposing mind, memory, and understanding, and that he this —
   deponant together with Marmake Tilden Jr. and Chas. Tilden Jr. the
   other two Subscribing Witnesses within named Subscribed their names —
   as Witnesses to this Will in the presence and at the request of the Testator
   and in the presence of each other — at the same time came Samuel
   Zefsheyr and Daniel Beck and Severally made Oath as afd that they
   did see the Testator Richard Hosier sign and Seal the within Codicil —
   and that they heard him publish, pronounce and declare the same
   to be his last Will and Testament, and that he was to the best of their
   Apprehensions of Sound disposing mind, memory and Understanding,
   and that they these deponants together with Chas. Groome the other —
   Subscribing Witness to the within Codicil named Subscribed their
   names as Witnesses to the within Codicil in the presence and at the
   request of the Testator and in the presence of each other. —

   low and weak Estate of Body though of sound disposing mind and
   memory thanks be to God for it, I do make and ordain this my last
   will & Testament in manner and form following, first & princapally
   I recommend my soul to God my Saviour from whome I received my
   being, and my Body to the Earth to be buried in such Christian —
   like manner as my Executor hereafter to be named may think —
   proper, and as to the worldly wealth wherewith it hath been —
