    I James Anderson late of London Merchant but now and for some
   time past residing in Maryland in America being of Sound and disposing
   Mind and Memory do make this my last Will and Testament in manner and
   form following —   I devise to my Sisters Marion Anderson and Harriot
   Rebecca Anderson a Tract of Land lying in Queen Anns County Called —
   Lloyd Town to be equally divided between them and to to hold to them and
   their Heirs respectively forever as Tenants in Common and not as Jointenants —
   And this Devise is in Satisfaction of Legacies devised to them by my late —
   Mother by her last Will and Testament which Legacies were charged upon Lands
   that have desended to me as Heir at Law of my Mother — —  ——
   I devise to my Brother William Anderson and his Heirs forever my Lotts of Ground
   in Chester Town and Improvements thereon, and also my Lotts in the said Town
   which are unimproved in Satisfaction so far their Value will extend of a Legacy —
   devised to him by my Mother which was charged on Lands that have desended —
   to me as Heir at Law of my Mother —— — The Residue of my Estate
   real and Personal I devise to my three Children Ann Rebecca and James Ander=
 = son to be equally divided among them Share and Share alike — In Witness
   of all which I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this twentieth day of —
   September One thousand Seven hundred and Seventy Six —  —

   declared by the said James Anderson \
   as and for his last Will and Testament in the Presence of us who have Subscribed
   our Names as Witnesses thereto in his Presence and at his Request ——
    Ja.s Anderson, Jere Nicols, John Montgomerie,
    Janu.ry 29.th 1788 then came Jere Nicols one of the Subscribing Witnesses
   to the within last Will and Testament of James Anderson late of Queen Anns County
   deced and made Oath on the Holy Evangels of Almighty God that he did see the
   Testator herein mentioned Signd and Seal this Will, that he heard him Pub=
 = lish Pronounce and Declare the same to be his last Will and Testament~
