   that at the Time of his so doing he was to the Best of his apprehension of
   Sound and Disposing Mind memory and Understanding, and that
   James Anderson and John Montgomerie the other two Subscribing —
   Witnesses was Present at the same Time and Signed their Names as
   witnesses to this Will, in the Presence and at the Request of the Testator
   and in the Presence of each other — Before —

   In the Name of God Amen, I William Graham of Kent County and State
   of Maryland – do make, ordain and appoint this my last Will and Testament in
   Manner and form, as follows to Wit — First, my Will and desire is all my
   Just debts be paid out of my Estate — Secondly I Will and bequeath
   unto my Sister Ann Wyatt all my Estate, Interest, and Claim whatsomever,
   to her, and her Heirs forever — Thirdly I do nominate, ordain, and
   appoint my Sister Ann Wyatt the Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament
   In Testimony hwereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my Seal. this
   Eighteenth day of December One thousand Seven Hundred and Eighty Seven~
   Signed Sealed and Acknowledge                       his
   in the Presence of us ——                      William \ Graham {Seal}

    Ben Comegys, Malachi Ambrose,   Ab.m Millan, —

   March 7,th 1788, then Came Ben Comegys  Ab.m Millan two of the Subscribing
   Witnesses to the above last Will and Testament of W,m Graham late of Kent County
   deced and made Oath on the Holy Evangels of Almighty God that they
   did see the Testator herein Named Sign and Seal this Will, and that they heard
   him Publish Pronounce and declare the Same to be his last Will and Testament
   that at the Time of his so doing he was to the Best of their Apprehensions of
   Sound and disposing Mind memory and understanding and that Mala:i
   Ambrose the other Subscribing Witness was Present and Signed his Name
   as a Witness to this Will. Together with these Deponants in the Presence and
   at the Request of the Testator and in the Presence of each Other
