   Harford County S,s Novemb.r 28,th 1787 came John McGowan the
   Executor in and by the within and foregoing will Named and appointed
   And Made Oath on the Holy Evangilists of Almighty God that the
  within and foregoing Instrument of writing is the True and whole last will
   and Testament of Rachel Nevil late of Kent County Deceased, that hath
   come to his hands and Possession and that he knowes of no other —
   At the Same time came Judith McGowan and Rebecca Davis the two
   Subscribing witnesses to the within and foregoing will and Made Oath
   on the Holy Evangelists of Almighty God that they did See Rachel
   Nevil the Testator therein Named Sign and Seal the foregoing Instru=
 =ment of writing, and that they heard her Publish Pronounce and —
   Declare the Same to be here last Will and Testament, and that She was at the
   time of her so doing, to the best of their Apprehentions of Sound Dispo=
 =sing Mind Memory and understanding, and that they Subscribed
   their Names |and Marks| as witnesses to this will in the Presence
   and at the Request of the Testastrix and in the Presence of each other —
                          Certified by I Geo: Bradford Regr Willson Harford County
        {Seal}        In Testimony that the foregoing is a true Copy of the
                          Last will and Testament of Rachel Nevil late of Kent
                          County Deceased with the Probate taken thereon I
   have hereunto Set my hand and Seal —
