    Robert shall Arive to the Age of twenty one years, or be in the Possession
   of the afsd. Land but if my said Son Robert should Die before he Arrives to the
   Age of twenty one years or be Possess’d of the afsd. Land then my Will and —
   desire is that the Land Bequeathed to my Son Robert, should Desend^and goto my Son
   John his Heirs and Assigns forever he yealding and Paying unto my above
   Named Daughters the said Sum of Fifty Pounds as before mentioned to be paid
   by my Son Robert — And my Will and desire further is that after my Just —
   Debts are paid and my Wifes thirds taken out, that the Remainding Part of my
   Estate be equally Divided among my five Children Sarah, Mary, Robert,^Johnand Ann
   Gay,— I Give unto Negro Jeffry one small Grey Horse Called Crab— —
   Lastly I do hereby Appoint and Constitute my Loving Wife Rachel Gay whole and
   Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament — In Witness whereof I have hereunto
   Sett my Hand and Seale this thirtieth day of September An. Dom: One thousand
   Seven hundred, Eighty and Seven 1787 — NB the words, his Heirs and Assigns
   forever, was Interlined between the Second and third line from the Bottom of the
   other side before Signed and Sealed —   —    —       —
   Signed Sealed Published Pronounced }    William Gay {Seale}
  and declared by Wm. Gay the Testator to be his last Will and Testament in the Presence
   of us,~ G. Wilson |S.G.|. Shadrack Bostick, Joseph Bothwell —
   Nov.r 29.th 1787. Then Came George Wilson|S.G.| Shadrach Bostick and Joseph Bothwell
   the three Subscribing Witnesses to the within last Will and testament of William Gay late of
   Kent County Deceased, and Severally made Oath on the Hoy Evangels of Almighty God
   that they did see the Testator therein Named Sign and Seal this Will, that they heard him
   Publish Pronounce and Declare the same to be his last Will and Testament, and that
   at the time of his so doing he was to the best of their Apprehensions of Sound disposing
   mind Memory and understanding and that they Respectively Subscribed their names
   as Witnesses to this Will, in the Presence, and at the Request of the Testator and in the
