I give + bequeath unto my Daughter Ann Hosier (after the death —
[of] my afsd Wife) one Negro Girl named Hannah + one Cow about
[f]our years old —
[I] give and bequeath after the death of my wife all the residue of
[m]y personal Estate to be Equally divided between my afd Children
[H]enry, Samuel, Richard, William and Ann —
[L]astly I hereby nominate and Appoint my Loving wife Ann my —
sole Executrix of this my last Will & Testament hereby Revoking —
all former Wills and Wills by me heretofore made In Witness —
  whereof I have hereunto set my hand & Seal this nineteenth day
[of] December one thousand seven hundred and Eighty one

   as and for his last Will and Testament in the presents of us who
   have subscribed our names as Witnesses hereto in the presents of
   of the Testator and at his request ——

  NB By way of Codicil to the above Will my Intention was & is —
  when I mentioned in the above Will~ I also give & bequeath unto
  my son Henry all my Real Estate to him & his Heirs forever —
[My] will and Intention was & is that my Loving Wife Ann should —
[have] and Injoy Accept what I have given to my son Samuel my
   Real Estate during her life or Widowhood and then to go to my
[my?] son Henry to him & his Heirs forever and not before In Witness
hereof I have hereunto set my hand and Affixed my seal this 24th
