    In the Name of God   Amen   I   John Clark of Kent County and State
   of Maryland, do make and Constitute this my last Will and Testament in manner
   and form following to Wit, —   —   —    —    —    —
   First I Constitute and appoint my Brother Gideon Clark, whole and Sole Executor
       of this my last Will and Testament — Secondly I desire that my land in Kent
      County that fell to me by virtue of my Fathers Will Call’d Partnership shall be
      sold by my Executor at Public Sale as soon as is most Convenient, for the most –
    it will Sell for and to be distributed in the following manner ——
   Thirdly I desire that my Just debts and funeral Charges shall be first Paid off
   Fourthly I leave and bequeath to my Nephew Thomas Hynson Clark the sum of
    Fifty Pounds Specie and if he should die before he comes to the age of Twenty one
     I desire that said fifty Pounds shall fall to his father Gideon Clark — —
   Fifthly I leave and Bequeath unto my Nephew Henry Spearman Fifty pounds
        Specie to be paid him by my Executor out of my Estate — — —
   Sixthly I leave and bequeath unto my Brother Lambert Clark one third Part
        of the Residue of my Estate to be paid him by my Executor —   —
   Seventhly I leave and Bequeath unto my Brother Nathaniel Clark one third Part
   of the Remainder Residue of my Estate to be paid him by my Executor — —
   Eighthly I leave and Bequeath unto my three Sisters Margarett Vansant, Aramin=
 =ta Clark and Milcah Clark, the Remaining Residue of my Estate to be equally
   divided between them, and paid them by my Executor — In Testimony whereof
   I have hereunto set my Hand and affixed my Seal this Seventeenth day of July in
   the year of our Lord one thousand Seven Hundred and Eighty seven — —

    Signed Sealed, Published and delivered by John Clark the above Nam’d Testator
   for and as his last Will and Testament, in the Presence of us, who at his Request and
   in his Presence, and in the Presence of each other have Subscribed our Names as Witnesses
