     Die to her Daughter Araminta Bird after she Comes to the Age
    of Sixteen to be paid her at that time and for her use before that age If
   her Mother should Die, If Edward Bird should Die before his Wife Rachel
   then I Desire my Son in Law John Berry to give Immediately in Possession
   the said Negro Man, Dick, Horse Called Bird Colt, and Feather Bed to
                   Rachel
   my Daughter^ Bird for her use to Doe what she Pleases with. If Rachel
   Bird and her Daughter should Die before they or Either of them, Posses the
   above Desire of mine, then my will is that the s,d Negro Mans Dick a
   Horse Called Bird Colt and Feather Bed be Divided to my Children that
   now living Fourthly I will and Bequeath the Rest of my Estate to be Equally
   Divided between my five Children William Gooding, Mary Brewer, Sarah Jones,
    Ann Berry, and Rebecca Benton, Fifthly I Appoint my Son W,m Gooding
   and my Son in law John Berry, Joint Executors of this my last Will by me made

   and that he heard her Publish Pronounce and Declare the same to be
   her last Will and Testament, that at the Time of her so doing she was to the best
   of his Apprehensions of sound and Disposing mind Memory and unders=
 =tanding and that W.m Granger the other Subscribing witness was Present at the
   Same time, and Sign’d his Name as a witness to this Will together with this
   Deponant in the Presence and at the Request of the Testator and in the
