    Declare the Same to be his last Will and Testament; that at the time of his
   so doing he was to the best of their Apprehensions of Sound and Disposing
   Mind, Memory, and understanding, and that they Respectively Subscribed their
   names as Witnesses to this Will in the Presence and at the Request of the Testator
   and in the Presence of each other and John Dickinson the other Subscribing -
   Witness, Who they also Saw Subscribe his name as a Witness to this Will—

    In the Name of God Amen, This twenty Ninth day of December
   In the year of our Lord God one Thousand Seven hundred and Eighty Six –
   I Martha Bond of Harford County in the State of Maryland, being weake
   in Body, but of Sound Disposing Mind and Memory, do Make ordain Constitute
   and Appoint this to be my last Will and Testament In Manner and ~
   form following Viz,t— 1,st I Commend my Soul to Almighty God who
   gave it me; and my Body to be Buried in a Christian like Manner, at the —
   discresion of my Executor hereafter Named — ——    ———
   2,dly I give and Bequeath unto my two Brothers Jacob Bond, and Dennis –
                                               and there Heirs forever and no more
   Bond, One Shilling Sterling, and no more —      ——   —
   3,dly I give and Bequeath unto my Sisters Ann Abit Thirty pounds Specie—
   to be paid to her at the End of Four years from the Time of my Deceas, and no more-
   4,ly I give and Bequeath unto my Brother Ralph Bond One Negro woman
   Called Dinah and her youngest Child and Also all my other Negroes of what
   kind Soever to him and his heirs forever — 5thly/ I Give and Bequeath
   unto my two Sisters Priscilla Wilmer and Charlotta Bond, all the Money that is
   due me After my Just debts is duly paid and Satisfied, for the Hier of my
   Negroes, and also two Thirds of all the Remainding Part of my Estate which
   was left to me by my Father in his last Will and Testament to be —
    Equaly divided between them and there heirs forever and —
     no more   —      —        —             ———
