           6,ly I give and Bequeath unto my two Necses, Frances and Charlotta
   Preston, daughters of my Sister Sarah Preston, the other third of my Estate, —
   which has not allready been given which was left me by my father in—
   his last will and Testament, to them and there heirs forever —    ——
   7.thly My Will and desire is that my Sister Sarah Preston shall have no more of my
   Estate, then what I have left her two daughters, which is to be Put into her Care untill
   my two Neeces arives to the age of Sixteen years, And then she is to let them—
   have it at there Request — 8,thly And lastly I do Appoint my well
   Beloved brother Ralph Bond, my hole and Sole Executor of this my Last —
   Will and Testament, Revoking and disanuling all other will, or Wills that ever
   has by me heretofore been made, and do Pronounce and Acknowledge –
   this and no other, to be my last will and Testament, in Presence of the Subscribing
   Witnesses, unto which I have hereunto Set my hand and Affixed my Seal—

   she was to the Best of their Apprehensions of Sound and disposing Mind—
   Memory and understanding, and that they Respectively subscribed their
   Names as Witnesses to this will in the Presence and at the Request
   of the Testator, and in the Presence of each other —————
