     State aforesaid, to their Proper use; as long as they both or either shall —
    Live and no Longer, Also all my Lot or Parcel of Land and Tenements
   Whatsoever, whereof I shall die Seised in Possession Revesion^orRemainder I—
   Give and Devise to William Smith Merchant of Tuckahoe Bridge Caroline —
   County and State aforesaid, to him his heirs and Assigns forever, Also all my
   Negroes, Goods, Chattels, Rents, Debts, and Personal Estate whatsoever, I give to the
   said William Smith his heirs and Assigns forever, And I make and Ordain the said
   William Smith my only and Sole executor of this my last Will and Testament; —
   And I do hereby utterly Disallow, revoke and disanull all and every other —
   former Testaments, Wills Legacies and Executors by me in any Ways before —
   this time named willed and Bequeathed, Ratifying and Confirming this and no —
   other to be my last Will and Testament, In Witness whereof I the said James —
   Sweney have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and Seal the day and
   year Within Written ——    ——                        his

    Signed, Sealed, Published and Delivered by the said James Sweney as his —
   Last Will and Testament in the Presence of, Edward Price, John
   Dickinson, Dekar [?] Thompson, —   ——   ——   —
   Caroline County to Wit | Then came William Smith the Executor within Mentioned
   The 6,th February 1787 | and made Oath on the holy Evangels of Almighty God —

| that the within Instrument of Writing is the true and Whole
   Will and Testament of James Sweney late of Caroline County deceased, that
   hath come to his hands and Possession, and that he doth not know of any other
   of a Later date —   Certified by J Richardson Regr-
   The 6,th February 1787 Then Came Edward Price and Dekar Thompson two of
   the Subscribing Witnesses to the within last Will and Testament of James Sweney
   late of Caroline County deceased and Severally made Oath on the holy Evangels
   of Almighty God, that they did see the Testator herein named Sign and
   Seal this Will, and that they heard him Publish Pronounce and Declare —
