   or either of their share or Shares above Bequeathed, Tract or Parcel
   of Land, Then I give and bequeath, the Share and Shares of him or
   them so dying, to the Survivor or Survivors of them their Heirs and
   Assigns respectively forever . —   —   —    —    —
   Also I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Elizabeth Whittington
   the Sum of eight Pounds Specie P.r Annum, to be raised or levied out
   of my Real Estate, and paid out of the same, Annully by my ~
   three Sons, or their representatives during her Natural Life ——
   And Lastly. I do hereby Nominate constitute, and appoint, my
   Loving Wife, my whole and Sole Executrix of this my last Will and
   Testament hereby revoking and disannuling, all former Will and Wills
   by me heretofore made, In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my
   hand and Seal this Twenty Second day of November in the year of
   our Lord, One thousand seven hundred and eighty Six . 1786 —

    Signed Sealed, Published Pronounced and declared, by the above
   named John Whittington, as and for his Last Will and Testament, in the
   Presence of us, who have hereunto Subscribed our Names as Witnesses
   thereto, in the Presence and at the request of the said Testator, and in
   the Presence of each other, Zorobabel French, William French
    Abednego Massy, ——     ———     ——
   February 17,the 1787, Then Came Zerobabel French and W.m French
   two of the Subscribing Witnesses to the within last Will and Testament of
   John Whittington late of Kent County deced and Severally made Oath on the
   Holy Evangels of Almighty God, that they did see the Testator therein Named
   Sign and Seal this Will, and that they heard him Publish Pronounce and
   declare the Same to be his last Will and Testament, that at the Time of his so —
   doing he was to the best of their Apprehensions of Sound and disposing Mind
   memory and Understanding, and that Abednego Massy the other Subscribing
   Witness was Present at the same time and Signed his Name as a Witness to
   this Will, together with these deponants in the Presence and at the —
   Request of the Testator and in the Presence of each Other ——
