     In the Name of God Amen – I Henry Wyatt of Kent –
    County and State of Maryland, do Make, ordain and appoint this
   my last will and Testamen In Manner and form as follows to Wit –
    In the first Place I will and bequeath, my whole estat both Real —
   and Personal, to my beloved Wife Anna Wyatt to her and her Heir –
   forever, which Hier I suppose her now to be Pregnant with~ But ~
   if my Wife Marries, and the expected Hier Shou’d die without —
   Lawfull Issue, Then and in that case It’s my will and desire that
   all my real Estate only (Except Forty feet Square of my Lot of Ground
   lying at the Head of Chester which may be Choosen by my af,d Wife) –
   Be given to my Brother William Wyatt to him and his Heirs forever —
    Lastly I nominate and appoint, my af,d beloved Wife Anna –
   Wyatt the Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament, In
   Testimony whereof I’ve hereunto Set my hand and affixed my Seal
   this Thirteenth Day of January In the year of Our Lord One thousand
   Seven Hundred and Eighty Seven   ———

   in the Presence of —
   Ben Comegys, William Turner, Campbell St Clair,—
   Feb,ry 6.th 1787 Then Came Ben Comegys W,m Turner and Campbell St Clair
   the three Subscribing Witnesses to the within last Will and Testament of
   Henry Wyatt late of Kent County deced and Severally made Oath on the Holy
   Evangels of Almighty God, that they did see the Testator therein Named
   Sign and Seal this Will, and that they heard him Publish Pronounce and
   declare the same to be his last Will and Testament, that at the time of
   his so doing he was to the best of their Apprehensions of Sound and
   disposing mind Memory and Understanding and that they Sub=
 =scribed their Names as Witnesses to this Will in the Presence
   and at the Request of the Testator and in the Presence of each other—
