      In the Name of God Amen I William Cobbyn of Kent County
in Maryland Cooper being of perfect mind and memory make this my
Last Will and Testament in manner and form following to Wit
First I desire that my Body may be decently buryed intered in Saint
Pauls Parish Church yard in the County aforesaid without any —
other ceremony then the office of the Dead (as appointed by the Church
of England) to be read at my enterment by some man who shall be a
native of one of the British Isles. My Estate and my Effects I bequeath
and dispose of in manner and form following.   First all my just^Debtsto be —
paid. the residue and remainder of my Estate Goods, Tools, Bonds, Notes
Accounts, with all other propurties whatsoever to me appertaining: I —
give devise^ebequeath unto my well beloved Friend and Countryman —
Henry Iles of the County aforesaid Blacksmith, whom I do hereby Constitute
and appoint the whole whole and sole Executor of this my Last Will and —
Testament; and I do hereby utterly revoke disallow and disannul all
former bequests Wills and Legacies by me heretofore in any wise left
or made, declaring, ratifying and Confirming this and no other to be my
last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my —
Hand and Seal this first day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand
seven Hundred and Eighty two ——       his

Cobbins late of Kent County deceased, And severally made Oath on the —
Holy Evangels of Almighty God, that they did see the Testator Sign and
Seal this Will, and that they heard him publish pronounce and declare
