( 19 ) Testament In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my . Conclusive Hand and Seal this seventeenth day of February in the year one thousand seven Hundred and Eighty two . William Riley {seal} Signed sealed published and declared by William Riley the above named Testator as and for his Last Will and Testament in the his presence of us who at his request and in Subscribed our names as Witnesses thereto. W.m Worth, Hannah Wilson, Tho:s Browning. April 5th 1782. Came William Worth one of the Subscribing Witnesses to the within last Will and Testament of William Riley - late of Kent County deceased, and made Oath on the Holy Evangels of Almighty God, At the same time came Thomas Browning an other of the Subscribing Witnesses to the within last Will and Testament of William Riley deceased, on his Solemn Affirmation to him Administerd, Severally Affirmed and declared that they did see the Testator therein named Sign and Seal this Will, And that they heard him publish pronounce and declare [the] same to be his Last Will and Testament; That at the time of his so doing he was, to the best of their apprehensions of sound and disposing mind, memory, and understanding; and that they these deponants, together with Hannah Wilson the other Subscribing Witness within named.
