      Personal Estate and as I have heretofore given and Delivered
      to my Son Marmaduke a Bed and its furniture I therefore —
      give and bequeath to my Son Charles a Bed and furniture of –
      equal quality and value as near as may be to that given as aforesaid
      to my Son Marmaduke over and above his | the said Charles’s|Share
      also of the residue of my Personal Estate. ——   ———
  Item I give and bequeath also to my Son Charles my Hight Case of Drawers
        on Legs standing in the Hall also a round Table standing in
        said Room also my u six leather Chairs and leather Arm Chair
        at and according to the value thereof in the Appraisment of my
        Estate and to be deducted out of his Share and considered as so
        much of his part of the residue of my Personal Estate hereafter
        devised —   —   ——    ———    ——
  Item I give and bequeath to my Son John the following Negroes to
        wit a Negro Boy called Sam Wolly and a Negro Girl called –
        Pole being (Nan’s Child| and also a Bed and furniture of equal
        quality and value as near as may be to that I have heretofore —
        given as aforesaid to my Son Marmaduke over and above his —
        (the said John’s| Share of the residue of my Personal Estate —
  Item I give and bequeath also to my Son John my Desk standing in
        the Hall under the Glass at and according to the value there=
     = of in the Appraisement of my Estate and to be deducted —
        out of his Share and considered as so much of his Part of the
        residue of my Personal Estate hereafter devised ————
  Item I give and bequeath to my Son Edward the following Negroes to wit
        a Negro Boy called Sambo Culfey and a Negro Boy Called Toney —
        |being Kates Son | and a Negro Girl called Patt | being Kates —
        daughter | and also a Bed and furniture of equal quality and —
        value as near as may be to that I have theretofore given as afores=
        =aid to my Son Marmaduke over and above his the said Edwards
               the Residue of

  Item I give and bequeath to my said Son Edward a small desk Stand=
      =ing up Stairs and also the Desk which I have let the said Edward
        have at Mr. Hylands for his use there at and according to the —
