  Item I give and bequeath also to my^sddear^saidWife my Negro Girl call’d
      Suckey also my Chaise Horse and Chaise and its furniture also —
      my two Beds and Bedsteads which are in my^nowlodging Room^or
      Bed Room and their furniture also my half dozen rush bottom –
      Chairs used in the said Room, also my double Chest of drawers
      without Legs my Candle Stand Pine Chest and walnut side —
      Board Table standing in said Room also all the Earthen —
      and stone Ware which is usually kept in the Cup Board ~
      in the said Room also all the Pots of Preserves also a small Horse
      Card with its tackling also all my Knives and Forks also ten Bushels
      of Wheat ten Barrels of Indian Corn and all my Provision of
      Meat whatever laid up for my Family also my breeding Sow –
      and her Pigs and also my two Milch Cows which I keep and
      retain for the use of my Family. —   ——    ——
  Item I will and direct that my Mulatto Man Called Jonas| who has
      several years yet to serve before he becomes free | be sold and
      that the money arising from such Sale be applied in part –
      to the carrying on and building the House aforesaid on the Quarter
      of a Lot aforesaid. —   — &#nbsp; — &#nbsp;  —       — —
  Item I give and bequeath to my Son Marmaduke my following Negroes
      to wit a Negro Fellow called Jacob and a Negro Woman Called
      Kate over and above his Share of the Residue of my personal Estate
  Item I give and bequeath also to my said Son Marmaduke my Desk-
      and Book Case also the eight Leather Chairs which formerly —
      belonged to my Father and the Rush bottom Arm Chair I now
      use also my two square dining Tables standing in the Hall also —
      all my Silver Table Spoons and the silver Soup Spoon all the—
      said Articles to be taken by my said Son Marmaduke at
      and according to the value thereof in the Appraisement of~
      my Estate and to be deducted out of his Share of and con =
    = sidered as so much of his part of the residue of my Personal~
      Estate hereafter devised —   ——    ——    ——
  Item I give and bequeath to my Son Charles the following Negroes to~
      wit a Negro Fellow called Paul and a Negro Girl
