193 In the Name of God Amen I John Timms of Kent County In the State of Maryland being Sick and weak of Bod~ But of Sound Descearning Sence and Memory do make and ordain my Last will and Testament in Manner and form following vizt, 1.st my Will is that All my Lawfull Debts to be paid By my Executrix hereafter mentioned 2. to my Daughter Hannah Timms all my whole Estate – 3:dly I do Constitute my Daughter Hannah Timms Executrix of this my last will and Testament, Lastly I do make and ordain this to be my last will and Testament Revoking and Disannuling all other will or Wills whatever as Witness my Hand and Seal this 15.th day of November 1786 John Tims {Seal} Signed Sealed Acknowledged in presence of us to be his last Will and Testament Chas. Groome, John Ricketts, William Kennard Decemr. 23.rd 1786 Then Came John Ricketts and Wm. Kennard two of the Subscribing witnesses to the within last Will and Testament of John Tims late of Kent County deced and Severally made Oath on the Holy Evangels of Almighty God that they did see the Testator therein Named sign and Seal this Will, and that they heard him publish pronounce and declare the same to be his Last will and Testament that at the time of his so doing he was to the best of their apprehensions of Sound and disposing mind Memory and understanding, and that Chas Groome the other Subscribing witness was present at the same time and Signed his Name as a Witness to this Will together with these deponants in the presence and at the Request of the Testator and in the presence of each other Before Jno.
