    Item it is Likewise my desire that as my Wife will be Intitled –
   after my Decease to One third part of my Estate not disposed of by
   me, that If my sd. Wife gives up her Claim and Relinquilshes her Dower
   of in and to all my lands then, and in that Case, I do give my said -
   Wife my Negro woman Called Kate as payment in full for such Relin=
 = quish when made According to Law, and I do Likewise give my
   said Wife One third part of all the remainder part of Estate—
   after my Debts are pd, but If my Wife should not Abide by and stand
   to this my last Will and Testament in all and Every Respect then
   I give the sd. Negro Kate to my son Kinvin, And Lastly I do Constitute
   and Appoint my Son Kinvin Wroth sole Executr, of this my last will &
   Testament revoking all former Will or Wills by me made & declaring
   this to be the Last, in Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand
   and Affixed my Seal, — And do Give all the remainder part of
   my Estate not Devized both real and personal to my son Kinvin
   Wroth and his Heirs lawfully begotten of his Body in Witness whereof I have
  hereunto
  ^set my hand & Seal this Sixthenth day of Octobr, in the year of Our Lord One
   Thousand seven hundred Eighty & Six, Signed Sealed published & declared
   to be the last will & Testament of the Testator in presence of ——

      Thomas Wroth  |              Kinvin Wroth {Seal}
             his              |            //Sd. S. the the words Education & keep
      John x Apsly      |        him & his Mother untill she Choozes to leave
           Mark                  him herself & I likewise give my sd. Son one Negro –
    Named Adam ~ Intrilined before sealing the above & the word my
                                                                                 Kinvin Wroth —
    Novr. 15th. 1786 Then Came John Willis Thomas Wroth and John Apsley the
   Three Subscribing Witnesses to the within last will and Testament of Kinvin Wroth
   late of Kent County deced and Severally made Oath on the Holy Evangels of —
   Almighty God that they did see the Testator therein Named Sign & Seal –
   this Will, and that they heard him publish pronounce & declare the same to
   be his last^Willand Testament & that at the time of his so doing he was to the –
   best of their apprehensions of sound & disposing mind Memory & underst-
 = anding & that they respectively Subscribed their Names as Witnesses to
   this Will in the presence & at the Request of the Testator, & in the —
   presence of each other —
