189 Certain as the Nature of such things will admit, that the whole of the writing on the said paper, both that part purporting to the will and the name of Richard Lloyd signed at the Bottom is the hand Writing of the said Richard Lloyd And – further this Deponent saith not - James Tilghman Taken and sworn this 14th. day of November in the year 1786 before me the Subscriber Register of Wills for Kent County aforesaid – Jno. Nicholson Regr In the Name of God Amen, I Kinvin Wroth of Kent County state of maryland being Sick and Weak in body but of sound Mind and Memory thanks be to God for the same do make and Ordain this to be my last Will and Testament in Manner and form following First and principally I recommend my Soul to God who gave it me trusting through the Merrits of my blesed redeemer to Receive forgiveness of all my sins, & Touching what Worldly Estate it hath pleased God to bless me with After my Just Debts and burial Charges are paid I Will and Dispose of the same in Manner and form following vizt Item I Give and Bequeath to my bleved Wife Frances Wroth – One young Brown Mare five years Old, and the Money she – sold her riding Chair for in part of her Thirds Item I Give and Bequeath to my beloved Daughter Mary Willis all the money I have paid and am bound to pay for her Husband Joell Williss her said Husband and herself Making Over the Land purchased by him of the States for the payment of which I am – Security to the States, If her said Husband should Out live her in full of her part of my Estate, But in Case my said Daughter should Out live her present Husband Convey’d said Land by a Good and lawfull Deed to my Son Kinvin Wroth or his Heirs, then I Give my said Daughter two Acres of Land of part of A Tract of land Called Savereys |
