     Savoreys Farm Adjoyning the Main road, and the lines of
    Wm. Becks land and do Order my Son Kinvin have a House –
                                                              & a Brick Chimney therein
   built on sd. land If my Daughter needs theirin^ 20 by 16 feet —
   and fence the said land in Under A Good fence, and she to —
   have liberty of Fire Wood of my Land during her Widowhood –
   If that is During her life but no longer then sd, land to return^return
   to my Son, and his Heirs for Ever, — Item I Give and Bequeath
   to my beloved Daughter Ann Wroth all the things I Delivd, to her-
    After Marage, with one Negro Wench Called Binah in full of her
   part of my Estate — Item I Give and Bequeath to my Beloved –
   Daughter Martha Apsley all the things that is in her possession –
   that is my property with a Negro lad named George and a Negro –
   Girl in my possession which my said Daughter purchased of me –
   as pr. my Receipt may Appear Called Beck, in full of her part of my
   Estate — Item I Give and Bequeath to my Daughter Charlottey -
   Wroth One Negro Boy Called Abey which boy I Gave my said daugh=
 = ter when born, I likewise give my said Daughter One Negro Girl called
   Tamer which sd. Negro my daughter purchased of me as pr Rect, may
   Appear, I Likewise give my said daughter One young bay Mare that
   I purchased of John Willis, I Likewise give my said daughter One –
   fether Bed and furniture with bedstead and Cord, One Cow and Calf~
   Six shoats, Six puter plates, two pewter Dishes, two small pewter Basons,
   One Iron pot, six Cups and Sausers Chaney, Six stone plates, one –
   Stone Dish, One Tea pot, Six knives and forks, four Siting Chairs –
   One small Table, and one seal skin trunk, now in possession of
   John Blackiston lent him by me, Likewise I Give my said daughter
   One pr. of silver Shugar tongs. In possession of do, lent by his Mother
   Francis Wroth to be return’d When Called for, I Likewise give my said –
   daughter Six silver tea Spoons, and one Iron pot now in possession
   of Ebenezer Turner lent Ebenezer Blackiston by me to be returned
   when Called for, I Likewise give my said daughter one Glass Qut,-
   Decanter in full of her part of my Estate, Except four Hogs due me from
   the Estate of George Blackiston of the Dillaware State, Deceased —
