    due on Judgements and Bonds, provided they are sufficient for
   the purpose, if not, a deduction to be made from each in proportion
   I Give and Bequeath unto my Brother Richard all the remainder
   of my Estate, also two Negro Boys called Phil and Tom for and
   during the term following vizt. Phil for the term of Nine years
   and Tom for Eleven years from the date hereof, after the Expiration
   of which time they shall be Hired out for the term of Five years each,
   and the Moneys to be received Annually for Hire of them, and kept —
   by my Executor for the use and benefitt of the said Negroes Phil &
   Tom, to be paid to each of them at the Expiration of the afsd, Five —
   years and not before, It is my Will and desire that the afsd, —
   Negroes Tom, and Phil, shall at the Expiration of the afd. Five^years
   become to all intents and purposes free Men, and Clear from any —
   person whatsoever, I Give and Devise unto my two Neices daughters of my
   Brother John Peacock named Mary and Cassandra Fifty pounds Current
   Money each, on the same terms that I have heretofore Given my other
   Nephews and Neices — And lastly I Constitute and appoint
   Richard Peacock Senr. my whole and Sole Executor of this my last~
   Will and Testament — I Witness whereof I have hereto set my —
   Hand and Affixed my Seal this 28th. day of October Annoq —
   Domini 1786 ——                   Robt. Peacok   {Seal}
    Signed Sealed published and declared to be my last Will &
   Testament – Before Joshua Lamb, Edwd. Beck, John Randa //
 // Novemr. 15th. 1786, Then Came Edward Beck and John Randal & made
   oath on the Holy Evangels of Almighty God and Joshua Lamb – at the –
   same time on his Solem Affirmation to him Administred Affirmed &
   Declared that they did see the Testator therein Named Sign & Seal this
   Will and that they heard him publish pronounce and declare the
   same to be his last Will and Testament & that at the time of his so doing he
   was to the best of their apprehensions of Sound & disposing mind Memory
   & understanding & that they Respectively Subscribed their Names as —
   Witnesses to this Will in the presence & at the request of the Testator and
   in the presence of each other —
