    In the Name of God Amen I Robert Peacock of Kent County
   in the State of Maryland, being Sick and weak in Body but of Sound
   and disposing Mind and memory and calling to mind the uncertainty
   of this Life, and that it is appointed for all Men to die, do make this
   my last Will and Testament, in manner and form following vizt.—
   Imprimis. I resign my Soul into the hands of the Almighty God -
   who gave it me, and my Body to the Earth, to be decently burried at
   the discretion of my Executor hereater mentioned. And as for what
   wordly goods it hath pleased the Lord to bless me with, after my
    just Debts and funeral Charges are paid, I Give and dispose of in
   manner and form following vizt. ——   ——    ——
   I Give and Bequeath unto my two Brothers John and Richard
   and to their Heirs, all my real Estate lying in Kent County afsd
   to be divided in manner and form following. The Main Road —
   leading from Moses Alfores Gate to Chester Town, to be a Division as
   far on the said Road, as the Gate that stands between the afsd, Richard
   Peacocks House, and the Division fence between my Land and the
   Land of Jonathan Comegys, and thence from the said Gate, with a
   Streight line, untill it shall intersect the said Division fence. ——
   It is my Will and desire that my Brother Richard Peacock, after such
   Division made, shall have his first choise, but if it should so happen
   that he should make choise of the Land lying on the South side of the
   Road, then and in that Case, he shall Give up at^tohis Brother John Peacock
   all the Land that he the said Richard holes on the East on Side of
   the said Road, and he is to have his Choise of my said Land on no
   other terms. I Give and Bequeath unto my Nephew John Ashberyy
   One Hundred pounds Current Money, also unto my three Neices,
   Daughters of my brother Richard Peacock vizt. Katharine Rachel
   and Margarett, Fifty pounds Current Money each, Also unto my
   Nephews and Neice Children of my Sister Rachel vizt. William, —
   Elijah, and Rebecca Fifty pounds Current Money each, the said
   Mentioned Legacies to be paid out of the Moneys I have due
