      of his Body and in default of such Heirs to all and every —
      the daughters and daughters of the Body of my said Grandson
   James Reid equally and severally as Tenants in Common and not
   as Jointenants and the several and respective Heirs of the Bodies
   of Such Daughter and Daughters as afd. and in default of such
   Heirs as afd. I Give and devise the afd. Lot or piece of Ground
   unto my Son Robert Reid and his Heirs forever —————
   Item I Give and Bequeath unto my two Sons Robert Reid &
   Dean Reid all my personal Estate whatsoever that belongs
   to me to be equally divided between them — —   ——
   Lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint my aforesaid - -
   Son Robert Reid to be Sole Executor of this my last will and
   Testament revoking and annulling all former wills bymeheretofore —
   made and ratifying and Confirming this and None other to be my
   last will and Testament — In Testimony whereof I have
   hereunto set my Hand and affixed my Seal this Twenty first day
   of Maye 1783 in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred
   and Eighty three ———

   they heard her publish pronounce & declare the same to be her last will & Testnt, that
   at the time of her so doing she was to the best of their appre:ons of sound disposing mind
   Memory & understanding, & that they these deponants together with Jno. Palmer the other
   Subscring. witness was present at the same time & signd his Name as a Witness to this Will
   together with these deponants in the presence & at the request of the Testor. & in the presence of
