   In the Name of God Amen I Sarah Craig of Kent
   County in the State of Maryland being in perfect health of Body and
   of sound disposing mind and memory considering the certainty
   of death and the uncertainty of the Time thereof and being desirous
   to settle my worldly affairs and thereby be the better prepared
   to leave this world when it shall please God to call me hence do
   therefore make and publish this my last will and Testament in
   manner and form following that is to say -—    -—    ——
   First and principally I commit my Soul into the Hands
   of Almighty God and my Body to the Earth to be decently ——
   buried at the discretion of my Executor herein after named
   and after my debts and funeral Ccharges are paid I devise —
   and bequeath as follows ——————————
   I Give and devise all that Piece of Ground which I bought of
   Cooter Griffith and known or distinguised by the Name of Lot
   Number 62 and whereon my dwelling House now Stands unto
   my Son Robert Reid for and untill my Grandson James Reid
   Son of my deceased Son John Reid shall come and arrive to his
   age of Twenty one years, then I Give and devise the same unto –
   my said Grandson James Reid for and during his Natural
   Life, and after his death I Give and devise the same to the first
   second third and every other Son and Sons of the Body of my
   said Grandson successively and in remainder the one after
   the other as they shall be in priority of Birth and Seneority
   of age and the several and respective Heirs of the Bodies of
   each first second third and other Son and Sons as afd. the
   eldest of such Sons and the Heirs of his Body being alwaysalways -
   preferred and to take before any of the younger Sons and
   the Heirs of his Body and in default of such Heirs   —
