   which I leave to my Son Thomas, my Will further is that
   my Son Thomas Hepborn shall pay his Brother Joseph —
   Hepborn Fifty pounds Current money when, he the said —
   Joseph arives at the age of Twenty one years in Gold^&orSilver-
   Itim I Give and bequeath to my Eldest Son Thomas Hepborn
   all the the residue of my Lands, and all my personal Estate
   my will is that my Son Thomas shall in in a decent way Support
   and maintain his Mother dureing her Natural life and if
   my Son Thomas should dy before his Mother, my will is that my
   Wife Ann shall Shall have a Sufficient Support & Maintainance
   from the profits of the Lands that I have left my Son Thomas —
   Item my Will is that my two daughters Sarah Woodall and Ann
   Briscoe shall not have any of my Estate after my decease having
   Given them Sufficient part of my Estate allready —————
   Item my will is that there Shall be no administration on my —
   estate after my decease  dated 29th.day of March 1785 —

   declared to be my last will and                    Mark
   Testament in the presence of — Joshua Lamb, Josph. Greenwood –
    John Lamb — –
                               April 8th. 1786 Then came Joshua Lamb &
   John Lamb (two of the Subscribing witnesses to the within last will
   and Testament of Thomas Hepborn late of Kent County deced being
   two of the people call’d Quakers on their Solemn Affirmation to them
   Administered Affirm and declare, and Joseph Greenwood the other
   Subscribing witness thereto, on his Oath to him duly administered
   on the Holy Evangels, deposed & declared that they did see the Testator
   therein named Sign & Seal this will, & that they heard him publish pronounce &
   declare the same to be his last will & Testnt: that at the time of his so doing he was to
   the best of their Apprehensions of sound disposing mind memory & understanding
   and that they respectively Subscribed their names as Witnesses to this will,
   in the presence, & at the request of the Testator and in the presence of each
    other—              Before J. Nicholson Regr—————
