    Holy Evangels of Almighty God that they did see the —
    Testator therein named Sign and Seal this Will, and that
    heard him publish pronounce and declare the same to be
    his last will and Testament, that at the Time of his so doing
   he was, to the best of their Apprehensions, of Sound & disposing
   mind Memory and understanding, and that they these
   deponants Together with Donaldson Yeates the other Sub=
   scribing Witness within named, respectively Subscribed
   their names as Witnesses to this will, in the presence —
   and at the request of the Testator and in the presence —
   of each other —— Before J. Nicholson Reger——

   In the Name of God Amen I Michael Miller of Kent
   County in the State of Maryland being sick and Weak of Body but
   thanks be to God of Sound disposing Mind Sense and Memory do
   make and Ordain this to be my last will and Testament in
   Manner and form following Vizt —————    ———————
   1st. First I Give and Bequeath unto my Son Ralph Miller as
    Legacies one Negro man Called Tom, one Negro Boy Called
   Jack, one Negro Girl Called Rose, and one Negro Girl Called Jane,
   and there Increase, one young young Horse Called America,
   one Mare Ten years old Called Nancy, one Mary Called
   Jenny, one Mare Called Nancy, Six Cows and Six Calves, Six
   Ewes and Six Lambs, Two Sows and Ten pigs, one Feather-
   Bed and furniture, Six Silver Table Spoons, one Silver Soop
   Spoon, Fiver Silver Tea Spoons, one pair of Silver Tea tongs_
   Ten pewter plates, Two pewter dishes, Twelve earthen —
   plates, Two Walnut Tables, one looking Glass, one Silver_ _
   Watch one House Clock, one Gun, and my Will and
   my desire is that my Son Ralph Miller be at full
