     Col. Edward Lloyd decd. I refer my Executors to my—
   memorandums Contained in my Books and papers now-
   in my possession which will Furnish them withtheNecessary—
   Information— And my desire is that they claim immediately
   a Settlement of mysd.brother in law Col. Edward Lloyd and recover
   all that may be due upon such Settlement as Soon as possible after
   my death—And whereas my brother in law Col. Edward Lloyd pur=
 =chased a Tract of Land of me lying on wye River and made several
   payments in depreciated money, as will appear from the dates of
   said payments— and having Confidence in the Honor and Justice
   of the sd. Col. Edward Lloyd I am well assured he will do justice to
   my Childred daughters of his sisters, my late dear wife, by paying the
   depreciation on said payments, upon application for the same
   and a proper representation of the case——— In confermation
   of the foregoing and the appointment of my Executors I have to this
   writing, done in my own hand writing, and Contained in this & the
   eleven preeceding pages, and my hand and Seal to this twelfth page
   this 29th, day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand seven—
   hundred eighty Five—— ———   ——— ——— ———

   The foregoing contained in Twelve pages of paper, each of which
   is Subscribed by the sd. Jno. Cadwalader the Testator, is signed sealed
   published & declared by the sd. Jno. Cadwalader the Testator, is signed sealed
   Testament in presence, of us the Subscribers, who in his presence
   and at his request and in presence of each other do sign the
   same, as Witnesses thereto—the said John Cadwalader being —
   at the time of his signing Sealing publishing and declareing
   in Good health and of Sound disposing mind & Memory ——
   the words possessed in 11th line 10th, page, and me in 11th, line 11th page
