166 In the Name God Amen I, Jacob Felconer of Kent County and State of Maryland being Sick in Body but of perfect mind and Memory, thanks be to God, therefore Calling to mind the Mortality of my Body and knowing that it is Appointed for all men once to Die doe make, and - - Ordain this my last Will and Testament, -- First I give and Recommend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God who gave it, and my body to be Buryed in a Decent Christian like manner at the Descression of my Executors, and as Touching such Worldly Goods as it has pleased God to Bless me with in this life – I Give and dispose of in way and Manner following first that all my Just debts to be paid - I Give to my Son Jacob all my Lands I now where I now live to him and his Heirs lawfully Begotten for ever, but if my Son Jacob should die without lawful Issue, or Should live to have lawfull Issue, and they should all die that them my Will is that all my Lands, shall Desend to my Grandson William Clines, and to his Heirs lawfully begotten begotten forever, but for want of such heirs and Issues, as before mentioned and they should all be dead then my Will is that all my Lands. Shall desend to my two Grand Daughters Rebecca Clines. and Anna Greenwood, and to there heirs lawfully Begotten forever – A lott of Ground I now hold – lying Joineing to Chester Town I leave to be sold by my Executrix or Executors and the money to be Applied towards paying off a Ballance due on the land I now live on, I doe hereby Constitute and Appoint my loving Wife Rebecca Falconer Executrix and Phillip Clines my Son in Law Executor of this my last will and Testament – do hereby revke. & |
