   John or the Survivor of theirm holding said estate shall pay
   to their sister Fanny the Sum of three thousand pounds out of the said
   estate so obtained by the death of their said Sisters Anne, Elizabeth
   and Maria————— And my will is and my Executors
   are hereby directed and authorized to keep a sufficient Number
   of Negroes and stock and farming utensils on my said farm in
   Kent County on Sassafrass river aforesaid in Maryland as will
   be necessary and Sufficient to work and stock the farm so as
   to produce the best income from said farm —— ——— —
    And whereas I have lately purchased a piece of land with
   the Improvements on the same, Containing about Twelve acres
   be the same more or less of Joseph Wood now residing at —
   Reading in the State of Pennsylvania:— which piece of Land
   and improvements are situated in the Northern Liberties a little
   distance North of Qurners Lane, the deed for which from Joseph Wood
   and wife to me is now in the hands of Mr. John Nixon to Get the
   acknowledgement made on said Deed as soon as Joseph Wood and
   his Wife comes to Town. Now my will is and I hereby Give & devise
   the said picece of land with all the improvements thereon, conveyed
   to me by said Joseph Wood, to my daughters Anne, Elizabeth
   and Maria Cadwalader and to the survivor or Survivors of them
   provided the person or persons so dying shall not leave issue_
   and the said devise is to descend, in case all my sd. daughters
   shall die before they arrive at age and without issue of either, in
   the same manner as is directed with respect to all the other devises
   heretofore made, or such property as they may possess, either real
   or personal, as residuary Legatees. Also I Give and devise to my
   wife Williamina Cadwalader, my double phaeton with the—
   harness belonging to the same— And I do hereby Constitute
   and appoint my Brother Lambert Cadwalader and my Brother
   in law Philemon Dickinson to be my whole and sole——
   Executors to this my last will and Testament, And as I—
   have considerable demands against the estate of ——
