   William Gough two hundred pounds to be paid to him in
   Six months after the time of my death without Interest, exclu=
 =sive of the wages that may be due to him at the time of my
   death, which is fixed at Sixty pounds pr Annum — —
   Also I Give and devise to- Anne who formerly Nursed my
   daughter Maria but is since married, Fifty pounds to be paid
   in Six months after my death without Interest.— Also ~
   I Give and devise to the daughter of the said Anne- who
   was born before the said Anne__marriage and who is now—
   about seven years old, the Sum of Two hundred pounds to be—
   placed at Interest by my Brother Lambert Cadwalader and the
   Interest to be appropriated by him for her Maintainance till
   she arrives at the age of eigteen years or Marries, whichever
   may first happen and then the said sum of two hundred pounds
   to be paid to her and the interest to cease — —   —
   I also give and devise to my dear Nephew and Niece Samel.
   and Mary Dickinson, children of Philemon Dickinson, each
   a Gold Watch which my executors are requested to purchase for
   them in twelve months after my death; which I request they will
   accept as a token of my affection for them. And my will further
   is that if my dear wife Williamina Cadwalader does not chuse to
   live in and occupy my said House and two lots purchased of
   Samel: Roads, on Second Street and the Coach_houses, stables &
   other Buildings thereon; and it is more in her opinion for her
   Interest, and the Interest of my dear Children to sell than —
   occupy the same or rent them, in that Case my will is, and I
   hereby request and authorize my Executors to sell the same—
   to the best advantage, and^toput the money arising from the
   sale thereof to Interest on Good security:- and to pay the Interest
   thereof to my said Wife during her natural life annually –
