      Also I Give and devise to my Son John Cadwalader one—
      fourth part of my said House and Lotts on Second Street purcha=
 = sed of Samuel Roads, and the stables, coach-houses and other
   buildings erected thereon;—also I give and devise to my sd, Son John
   my Lot in Second street, Twenty six feet front and about one—
   hundred and thirty Feet deep, be the same more or less pur=
 =chase of my father Thos. Cadwalader deceased and adjoining—
   my said house.- except, that part occupied by the Kitchen and
   Necessary_house belonging to said house purchased of Samuel
   Roads.— I also give and devise to my said Son John one —
   thousand pounds to be put to Interest for his use— But
   if my said Son John Cadwalader should die before he arrives at age
   and without issue, I then give and devise all the above mentioned
   devises to him made, to my daughters Anne, Elizabeth and Maria
   Cadwalader, and to the survivor or Survivors of them;- except the
   person or persons so dying shall leave Issue of their or either of—
   their bodies.—— Also I give and devise to my said Sons Thomas
   and John Cadwalater all my wearing apparel my Gold watch,
   Gold Shoe, knee and stock Buckles, Sword, and sleeve Buttons—
   and every other thing belonging to my person, and all my Books,
   to be equally divided, in Value, between them, as their Mother
   Williamina shall direct. — Also I Give and devise to my —
   daughter, Fanny Cadwalader the sum of One thousand pounds,
   to be put to Interest for her use;— Also I give and devise to my said
   daughter Fanny one fourth part of my house and two Lots on Second
   Street purchased of Samuel Roads, together with the Stables, coach.hous=
 =es and other Buildings erected thereon.__ But if my sd, daughter
   Fanny should die before she arrives at age or Marries, I then give &
   devise the devises made to her as above, to my daughters Anne—
   Elizabeth and Maria, and to the survivor or Survivors of
   them provided the person or persons dying shall leave no
   Issue. —— — Also I Give and devise to William —
