   may Legally have against my estate, and not otherwise. —
   I also Give and devise to my Son Thomas Cadwalader fifteen hun=
 =dred pounds in Gold or Silver Coin to be put to Interest for his use. —
   I also give and Devise to my Son Thomas one fourth part of my House
   and two Lots purchased of Samuel Roads in Second street and the
   Stables and Coach houses erected thereon and all the other buildings
   belonging to the same, after the death of his Mother Williamina
   Cadwalader:— I also Give and devise to my said Son Thomas –
   a Lot of Ground containing about four acres, more or less, lying
   on South Street and purchased of William Hicks together with that
   part of the said Lot claimed by the late Proprietors of Pennsylvania
   and which I purchased of them.— But if my said Son Thomas
   should die before he arrives at Age and without Issue, then—
   I Give and devise the said four Acre Lot and the claimed –
   part purchased of the late said proprietors to my Son John —
   Cadwalader; and in case my said Son John should die before
   he arrives at age and without Issue, I Give and devise the said
   four Acre Lot and said claimed part purchased of the sd. late
   proprietors to my daughters Anne, Elizabeth and Maria Cad=
 =walader, to be equally divided between them on the survivors or Survivors
   of them, provided the person or persons who may happen to die, do
   not leave Issue of their bodies.— And if my said Son Thomas should
   die before he arrives at age and without Issue; I give and devise the
                               House in Second Street together with the sd.
   said one fourt part of said^ Lotts Stables Coach houses and other —
   buildings devised as above to him; the said Thomas to my said –
   daughters Anne, Elizabeth and Maria, to be equally divided
   between them or the survivor or Survivors of them. — And if my
   said Son Thomas should die before he arrives at age and without
   Issue, I Give and devise the said sum of Fifteen hundred pounds,
   as above divised to him, to be equally divided between my said
   daughters Anne Elizth. & Maria & to the survivor or Survivors of them - -
