   5.thly I Give to my Loving Wife Avarilla Cruickshank over and
    above her third part of my Estate one Negro woman Called ——
    Susanna as also her first Choice of one of my Horses or Mares ——
   6.ly I Give to my Sister Mary Cruikshank one Mourning Ring—
   7.ly I Give to my Son James Cruikshank one Horse Cold, Call’d
      Figure to him and his Heirs—— ————————
   Lastly all the Rest of my estate not before Mentioned be it of
   what nature Soever, I Give and Bequeath to my Son Robert—
   and my Son John Cruikshank to be Equally divided between
   them and there Heirs forever, — I also appoint my Said Loving
   Wife Avarilla Cruikshank my whole and Sole Executrix of
   this my last will and Testament dated this Seventh day of
   Febry: in the Year of our Lord 1785, Signd Seald and acknow=
 =ledg’d to be his last Will in presence of us the Subscribers —

   and Testament of Robert Cruikshank late of Kent County deced &
   made Severally made oath on the Holy Evangls of Almighty God
   that they did see the Testator therein mentioned Sign & Seal this
   will and that they heard him publish pronounce & declare the —
   same to be his last Will and Testament that at the same Time he
   was to the best of their Apprehensions of sound disposing mind Mem=
  =ory and Understanding & that they respectively Subscribed their
   Names as Witnesses to this will in the presence, & at the request of
   the Testator and in the Presence of each other ——
