154 In the Name of God Amen I Michael Miller of Kent County in the State of Maryland being Sick and Weak of Body but thanks be to God of Sound disposing mind Sense & Memory do make and Ordain this to be my last will and – Testament in Manner and form following Vizt 1st. First I Give and bequeath unto my Son Ralph Miller as Legasies one Negro men Calld Tom, one Negro Boy Call’d – Jack, one Negro Girl Called Rose, and one Negro Girl^CalledJane, and there Increase, one young Horse Called America, One Mare ten years old Called Nancy, one Mare Called Jenny, one Mare Call’d Nancy, Six Cows, and Six Calves, Six Ewes, andSixsilver- Table Spoons, one Silver Soop spoon, five Silver Tea spoons, one pare of Silver Tea tongs, Ten Pewter Plates, Two Pewter dishes, Twelve- Earthen Plates, Two Walnut Tables, one looking Glass, one Silver Watch, one house Clock, one Gun, and my Will and desire is that my Son Ralph Miller be at full age to receive his – estate both real and personal on the first day of January before he Arrives to Twenty years of 2nd. Secondly, I Give and Bequeath unto William Henry Gray= = ham Son of Rebekah Grayham one Negro woman Called Zeny, one Negro Girl Called Beck one young mare Called Jenney Shaw, three Two years old Cowes, and three lambs, one Cow and Calf, one feather Bed with Country tick, with the Furniture thereunto belonging one Sow, and Six pigs, Six pewter plates, one pewter Dish, Two Seting Chairs 3ly. and lastly I appoint John Berrey hole and Sole Executor of this my last will and Testament and I hereby Revoake disannul all other will or Wills by me heretofore made In Testimony whereof I have hereunto Set my Hand |
