   In the Name of God Amen   I Robert Cruikshank –
   of Kent County and State of Maryland do make this my last Will and
   Testament in manner and Form following — — — —
   1st I desire that all my Just Debts be paid and to Enable my Exx:
        and Hereafter mentioned, I will that my Negroe man Will
        and my Negroe Boy Simon be sold to Discharge part of my
        Said debts — — — — — — — —
   2nd I Give and Bequeath to my son James Cruickshank my —
        Dwelling Plantation Calld Mount Pleasent Containing three
        Hundred and Fifty Acres of Land agreeable to the said Deed and
        in Case my Son James should die before he arrives to Twenty one
        years age the^ny my Will is that my Son Robert Cruikshank have
        and Enjoy my^sdDwelling plantation to him and his Heirs —
        forever, I also Give to my said son James my Clock, Six large —
        Silver Table spoons mark’d Day as also One Negro Boy Call’d
        Jem, and one ditto Call’d Bill to him and his Heirs — —
   3dly. I Give to my Daughter Mary Cruickshank all that —
        Tract of Land Calld Jamaica Containing Two Hundred –
        acres of Land to her and her Heirs, But in Case my daugh
       =ter Mary shou’d die without Heirs or Before she arrives to the
        age of Twenty one years of age then my Will is that my Son
        John Cruickshank have and enjoy the same, him and his
        Heirs forever, I also Give to my Said Daughter Mary One
        Negro Boy call’d Anthony to her^& herHeirs forever — —
   4thly. I Give and Bequeath to my Son Robert and my Son John —
        Cruickshank all my Lot in Chester Town, To be equally —
        Divided between them by a Strait Line drawn from the
        Main or high Street Back No A. Lot belonging to Docter—
        Murray my Son Robert to have his first Choise the said Lott
        No. 11. I Give to my Said sons to them and there Heirs forever —
        I also Give to my Son Robert Cruickshank my Silver Tea pot —
        and Stand, as also my Silver Watch, I also Give to my Son
        John Cruickshank Six silver Tea Spoons and 1 Silver —
