   Wroth should have the one hundred And twenty acres of Land
   called Warners Levels in lieu of the fifty Acres of Towns Relief —
   Item I give and bequeath likewise to my Wife to head of Horses -
   and two head of Cows and Six head of hogs and she to take her
   Choise of the whole. one feather bed and furniture, one Table.
   and the Remainder and Residue of my personal Estate to be equally
   divided between all my children, and for my Wife to have my two —
   youngest childrens parts of my personal Estate paid to her on her giving
   security to Return the same to my afd Children when they arrive at age
   I do hereby constitute and appoint my Son James Wroth whole and
   Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament, and I do hereby –
   declare that I do hereby Revoke disannull and make Void all former
   Will and Testament by me heretofore made. In Witness whereof I
   the said James Wroth Senr to this my last Will and Testament have
   set my hand and fixed my Seal the day & year aforementioned ——

   of us. Samuel Crouch, Kinvin Wroth Junr. AndersonhisXmark-Apsley
   December 26. 1785 then came Samuel Crouch Kinvin Wroth Junr. and
   Anderson Absoley the three Subscribing Witnesses to the within last –
   Will and Testament of James Wroth Senr late of Kent County deceased
   and Severally made Oath on the Holy Evangels of Almighty God, that —
   they did See the Testator therein named Sign and Seal this Will, And —
   that they heard him publish pronounce and declare the same to be his
   last Will and Testament; that at the time of his so doing he was to
   the best of their apprehensions of sound disposing mind memory and
   Understanding, and they they Respectively Subscribed their names as
   Witnesses to this Will. in the presence and at the Request of the Testator –
   and in the presence of each other ——
